Candace Morgan serves as the Managing Partner of Strategic Business Solutions for Verizon. In this role, she leads the business team responsible for driving customer growth, revenue, profitability and customer experience to medium and large size companies in Tennessee, Arkansas, and Mississippi. Driven by results, Candace takes pride in creating a strong culture with excellent team dynamics that allows team members to exceed their objectives and reach their potential.
Candace is a facilitator in the Emerging Leaders Program and Women of Wireless; with both programs focusing on growth and development. She is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Union University.
Candace is also very active in her community. Due to her love of people, she always remains very engaged with those with whom she interacts, and dedicates her time and efforts to organizations in which she believes. Candace currently serves on the Board of Directors for the City of Germantown and is a chairperson for Women United at United Way of the Mid-South. In addition, Candace supports and volunteers at Memphis Area Women’s Council, cityCURRENT, and the Women’s Foundation for a Greater Memphis. She has received the Tri-State Defender’s “50 Women of Excellence” award and has been recognized by the City of Memphis for her “Outstanding Contribution to the Community.”
Residing in her hometown of Memphis, she enjoys spending time with her larger than life family - her husband Sean and their five children; the youngest being a set of triplets! Candace considers herself busy for sure; but she loves every minute.
